From back-splashes to bathroom remodels our construction services cover a wide array of projects. When we rebuild projects we do so to outperform the existing materials, processes and appearance.
This was a partially finished garage to office conversion when we took over the project. We added ceiling framing supports, skip-trough textured wallboard, a fan, attic ladder and air conditioning.
A long term drain leak had damaged the sink base and cabinetry. Once the damaged materials were removed we framed in a solid 2by4/plywood support, skinned the plywood with marker board, trimmed with a PVC base and sealed the joints.
An upstairs leak had resulted water damage to the below garage ceiling. Once the damaged materials were removed we rebuilt the ceiling and matched the texture perfectly.

After several years of water damage the floors and shower enclosure needed a complete restoration. We broke the bathroom down to the framing and rebuilt it to last a lifetime.
Using specialized products we were able to apply this rock and pebble over an existing tile shower pan. The once worn and cracked tile pan is now renewed, sealed and cosmetically superior.
